Returns and refunds

If there is an issue with your purchase, contact us at cs@ramsplaza.com.au or 0489 996 165. We may replace the item, send replacement parts, offer compensation, or ask you to return it, depending on the issue.

Change-of-mind returns: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in the same condition you received them and in the original packaging. You are responsible for the return postage, and a 20% restocking fee applies to cover the original shipment. If parts can fix the issue but you still choose to return the item, this is treated as a change-of-mind return.

Returns must be posted, as they can’t be dropped off at our warehouse. Please keep your packaging until you’re sure you won’t be returning the item.

Your rights under Australian law: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
